Atlantic Data Ltd is committed to making this website accessible, in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.
Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standard, due to the non-compliances listed below.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.
Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations
The following issues do not meet WCAG 2.2 AA success criteria:
1. Info and Relationships (WCAG 1.3.1)
Some dynamic elements do not correctly generate WAI-ARIA landmarks when content loads. This occurs in areas where the page structure changes based on client or user configuration (e.g. custom reports).
We are updating our architecture to ensure that all dynamic components include appropriate landmarks.
2. Multiple Ways (WCAG 2.4.5)
Some downloadable documents and PDFs may not be fully accessible. We are moving away from PDF formats and ensuring all remaining documents are available in accessible formats.
3. Headings and Labels (WCAG 2.4.6)
Some headings and labels are not fully descriptive and do not accurately reflect the content that follows.
We are reviewing all headings and labels to ensure they are clear and meaningful.
4. Link Purpose – Link Only (WCAG 2.4.9)
Some links do not clearly convey their purpose when read in isolation.
We are reviewing and updating link text sitewide.
We are improving ARIA role usage and notification handling.
